Powerleague Colts Football Club fully endorses and will uphold the FA's policy on Racial awareness and equal opportunities. The main aims of this policy are:

To welcome/ players members regardless of race,ethnic minority, nationality, religion,gender or disability.

To protect members from Racial abuse and harrassment by challenging and removing discrimination.

To celebrate and respect cultural diversity and encourage skill and talent from all races, ethnic minorities, nationalities, religions, genders and disabilities.

Any member / player of Powerleague Colts Football Club found to be discriminating against another member / player will have his / her membership cancelled and take no further part in the club.

Powerleague Colts FC - code of conduct

Powerleague Colts have built a successful club over the last 8 years by the hard work of its players, parents, officials & committee members. This success is maintained in our opinion by our code of conduct, Powerleague Colts have adopted the FA code of conduct which can be read here....
In addition to the FA code of conduct Powerleague Colts FC also have the following measures in place:

Players should:

Learn and observe the rules of the game
Beat opponents by skill and not by unfair means.
Never argue, show dissent or swear at officials or opponents.
Show good sportsmanship on and off the field of play.
Make every effort to attend training.
Exercise self control at all times and do not retaliate.
Accept the decision of the manager/coach.
Show respect to the opposition (players and officials)
Accept victory modestly and defeat graciously, remembering that your team will be often judged by your behaviour.
Be punctual and inform the manager/coach of unavailability well in advance.
Bring clean boots and shin pads.
Safeguard the physical fitness of opponents, avoid violence and help injured opponents.
On no account use banned substances or techniques.
Show due respect to the interest of spectators, particularly young children.
Abide by all DRFC policies on Race and Bullying.

Parents/spectators should:

It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure their child/children are delivered to and collected from the specific locations at the specific times designated by the Coach/Manager for any activity the Coach/Manager deems necessary. Once your child is safely at the designated location at the designated time, responsibility for that child/children will be assumed by the Coach/Manager.
Appreciate good football by both teams.
Not boo or abuse anyone, including the officials or opponents.
Be aware that the Club is responsible for the behaviour of its supporters.
Show respect to other spectators.
Support the decision of the manager/coach.
Recognise skill, enthusiasm and sporting behaviour in both teams.
Encourage their son/ daughter to attend training and be punctual.
Not get involved in any matter of dispute with other people watching or with players.
Not enter the changing rooms in order to influence the team talks.
Not to coach or instruct players during a game as this often conflicts with ideas given to the players by the manager/coach.
Win, lose or draw appreciate the efforts of all the players and match officials.
Not carry out any act which is discriminatory by reason of race, religion, sex or disability.
Not possess or consume any alcohol outside of the designated bar area on our ground or any other.
Not enter onto the field of play for any reason. This could cause you or/and the club a suspension and a heavy fine.
Dogs (with the strict with the exception of guide dogs) are not allowed in, on or around the grounds of Deeping Sports & Social Club including all grass, tarmac and car parking areas.
